The Sadhana App is a support, reference, and practice-logging resource for Yoga. The app is not a teaching platform for beginners, but a technical guide for practitioners who already have experience and autonomy in the activity.
2. Eligibility (Minimum Age)
Use of this app is intended for persons aged 18 or older. Minors may use the platform only under the direct supervision of their parents or legal guardians, who assume full responsibility for the minor's physical integrity during practice.
3. Liability and Health
- Yoga requires physical effort. The user declares being in full health to perform the activities logged or referenced in the app.
- Disclaimer: The developer is not liable for injuries, physical damage, or worsening of medical conditions. The user is solely responsible for assessing their own limits and must seek guidance from a healthcare professional and a qualified instructor.
- The app is a reference guide, not a substitute for personalized professional instruction.
4. Intellectual Property
All content in the Sadhana App — including posture images, audio files, UI flows, design, and source code — is the exclusive property of the developer.
- Extraction, reproduction, reverse engineering, or distribution of any element of the app without express authorization is prohibited.
5. Monetization and Advertising
To maintain free access and technical upkeep, the Sadhana App displays third-party advertisements.
- The developer does not endorse the content of displayed ads, which are the sole responsibility of the respective advertisers and advertising networks.
- By clicking on an ad, the user may be directed to external websites or services subject to their own terms of use and privacy policies.
6. Data Storage and Privacy
Practice records and usage data are securely stored in the cloud using the Firebase platform.
- Privacy: No personal information or practice records are shared with third parties for commercial purposes.
- Security: Although we use state-of-the-art data protection technologies, the user acknowledges that no cloud storage system is 100% infallible.
7. Termination and Access Restriction
The developer reserves the right to block or terminate access for any user who violates these Terms and Conditions, or who uses the app fraudulently or in a manner harmful to others, without prior notice.
8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. The courts of São Paulo, SP are elected as the sole venue for resolving any disputes arising from this document, with express waiver of any other jurisdiction, however privileged.
